Farewell to Sheldon

Today was our last day with our guide, Sheldon Poon. Sheldon was a terrific guide and friend to all of us these last two days. I believe he has been adopted as an honorary Chinese grandfather by several of the students.

We had another good visit at the Tyco Hong Kong distribution center. It has been interesting to see how the same company does business in very different ways in three different countries. After Tyco we went to the Hong Kong Museum of History, and then off to the Nathan Road and Temple Street markets. It has been a long day.

The gang with Sheldon, our guide. Taken at the museum.

Dinner tonight was a variety of Sheldon's favorite foods. Pictured here are the things that flavored the soup. Most of it is unidentifiable, but what we did identify was pork, chicken feet, and starfish. Just like mother makes.
